Delivery Services

  1. Direct pickup at SF Service Centers or SF Stores. For station locations, please see http://www.sf-express.com/hk/tc/other_services/sf_station/sf_station_network/index.html.
  2. Direct delivery to industrial areas.
  3. Direct delivery to residential areas.


Delivery Fee

  1. For SF Stores, SF Service Centers, and industrial areas, the fee starts from $30.
  2. For remote areas, SF Express will charge an additional fee.

Tracking Shipments
Every item shipped with SF Express has a tracking code. You can check it directly on the SF Express website: http://www.sf-express.com/hk/tc/.
     

Shipping Fee
SF Express freight collect ($30 or more), calculated by weight. For details, please contact SF Express.


Delivery Timeline
We will ship within 5-10 working days after the customer places an order.

Return Arrangement
If the customer fails to pick up the goods within the pickup period and the item is returned to ECCB, an additional $30 delivery fee will be charged for re-delivery.

Remarks
1. General orders will be processed within 5-7 working days after payment.

3. After picking up the goods, customers must immediately check the condition of the goods. If there are any problems or damage, please notify our company immediately for follow-up.
4. Our company reserves all rights to the final interpretation and modification of the terms of goods transportation, hoping to provide customers with the most ideal delivery service.
